Counsel’s mission is to multiply the world's healthcare capacity. We are building the first fully-vertical, AI-native medical group from the ground up, redesigning the clinical stack with custom AI tools to make physicians faster and smarter.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring across Engineering and Product, from first sourcing touch to signed offer
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain pipeline velocity
• Source candidates directly through outbound efforts
• Maintain Ashby data integrity for all assigned requisitions
• Calibrate evaluation skills based on hiring manager feedback

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles
• Working knowledge of engineering skill sets (backend, frontend, full-stack, ML/AI, data, and DevOps)
• Experience or strong interest in Product recruiting
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby experience preferred)
• Proven track record of outbound sourcing
