Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for frontline roles, from job posting to offer close
  • Proactively identify and attract top frontline talent through creative sourcing channels, job boards, and trade school partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
  • Communicate Base’s mission, culture, and career growth opportunities to candidates
  • Build scalable, repeatable recruiting processes tailored to high-volume, frontline hiring
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience for all applicants
  • Contribute to recruiting playbooks, tools, and metrics to scale the frontline hiring engine

Requirements

  • 3+ years of high-volume operations experience
  • Experience in early-stage, high-growth companies or operationally complex industries
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust across stakeholders
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in-person in Austin, TX
