Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring for frontline roles, from job posting to offer close
- Proactively identify and attract top frontline talent through creative sourcing channels, job boards, and trade school partnerships
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
- Communicate Base’s mission, culture, and career growth opportunities to candidates
- Build scalable, repeatable recruiting processes tailored to high-volume, frontline hiring
- Ensure a positive candidate experience for all applicants
- Contribute to recruiting playbooks, tools, and metrics to scale the frontline hiring engine
Requirements
- 3+ years of high-volume operations experience
- Experience in early-stage, high-growth companies or operationally complex industries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust across stakeholders
- Hands-on, resourceful, and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in-person in Austin, TX
