Talent Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMB business leaders to understand and anticipate hiring needs across the SMB vertical
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for SMB roles
• Conduct high-quality headhunting, passive sourcing, and research-driven searches specific to the SMB market
• Build and maintain organizational maps, talent intelligence, and competitive insights for the SMB segment
• Utilize market intelligence and data to inform recruiting decisions and drive proactive sourcing efforts
• Screen, assess, and present candidates to hiring managers to ensure alignment with business goals
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Provide recommendations to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in a talent acquisition role
• Specialized experience in SMB or business vertical hiring
• Strong understanding of SMB business dynamics and market trends
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with industry stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-priority searches
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively
