Talent Partner

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business-critical roles
• Partner with business leaders to define roles, success profiles, and hiring strategies
• Conduct market mapping, proactive sourcing, and outreach for hard-to-find talent
• Manage the screening, interviewing, and assessment processes
• Lead offer strategy, negotiation, and candidate closing
• Manage external recruitment agencies, including selection, briefing, and performance management
• Own the ATS end-to-end, including configuration, data quality, and reporting
• Use market insights and data to advise on talent availability and compensation

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including senior-level or specialist tech roles
• Proven experience hiring within scaling technology businesses
• Strong track record of sourcing and closing hard-to-find talent
• Demonstrated experience managing recruitment agencies and external partners
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and own hiring outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring for product, engineering, data, or platform teams
• Background in high-performing technology companies
• Experience working in both agency and in-house environments
