Talent & Operations Partner

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring processes.
• Manage the candidate experience through professional communication and timely updates.
• Support onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters and collecting pre-joining documentation.
• Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, and tools.
• Coordinate with IT and Admin teams to ensure workstation and system readiness for new joiners.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS data to ensure compliance and integrity.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and supporting the full employee lifecycle, including transfers and exit formalities.
• Prepare HR reports and trackers using Excel, such as headcount and recruitment status.
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain records for learning and development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ATS or HRIS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Workday).
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• An organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
