About the role
Responsibilities
- Define talent and operational strategies and systems
- Manage full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate communications
- Oversee and customize relevant AI applications to streamline talent and office systems
- Design and execute seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation within the HRIS
- Ensure company compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
- Formalize performance management processes and career development tracking
- Manage benefits administration, including healthcare and retirement options
- Own daily office rhythm, including supplies, vendor coordination, and office organization
- Coordinate all internal and external company events, including catering and execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience working in tech companies
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment by creating systems
- Hyper-organized with experience managing timelines and complex plans
- Tech-savvy with comfort using various software and AI tools
- Proactive problem solver and self-starter
