About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define talent and operational strategies and systems
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate communications
  • Oversee and customize relevant AI applications to streamline talent and office systems
  • Design and execute seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation within the HRIS
  • Ensure company compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
  • Formalize performance management processes and career development tracking
  • Manage benefits administration, including healthcare and retirement options
  • Own daily office rhythm, including supplies, vendor coordination, and office organization
  • Coordinate all internal and external company events, including catering and execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience working in tech companies
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment by creating systems
  • Hyper-organized with experience managing timelines and complex plans
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using various software and AI tools
  • Proactive problem solver and self-starter
