Talent Operations Coordinator

About the Company

Pacific Fusion was founded in 2023 with the mission to power the world with abundant, affordable, clean energy. We are rapidly designing and building a pulser-driven inertial fusion system to achieve net facility gain.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, balancing candidate needs with hiring team availability and speed
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a smooth, positive experience
• Manage recruiting systems and workflows including ATS and scheduling tools
• Support recruiters with job postings and onboarding logistics
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting for compliance and data integrity
• Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and site-based hiring activities
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with scheduling tools or applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse or Ashby
• High attention to detail and commitment to candidate experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a recruiting coordinator or talent operations role at a startup
• Familiarity with technical or manufacturing hiring processes
• Experience with AI tools
