Responsibilities
- Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, day-to-day operations, and offboarding
- Manage People Operations functions such as benefits administration, visa processes, and right-to-work compliance
- Manage HRIS and payroll platforms to ensure accurate and audit-ready employee data
- Continuously improve and automate people processes to ensure scalability
- Support internal communications and employee experience initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years in a People Operations, HR, or administrative role
- Experience in a fast-growing tech company or startup environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A builder's mindset focused on improving and automating manual processes
- Strong communication skills suitable for interacting with all levels of the organization
