Talent Operations Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Talent, State GMs, and hiring managers
• Provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices, including interview guides, salary benchmarking, and onboarding
• Collaborate to design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes
• Drive automation and scalable solutions to support high-volume recruitment
• Identify opportunities to reduce time-to-hire and optimize operational efficiency
• Ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights through consistent reporting
• Support governance, compliance, and large-scale change or transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in bulk talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Demonstrated experience in business partnering and stakeholder engagement
• Analytical capability with experience in reporting and data interpretation
• Ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency
• A confident, outgoing, and team-focused personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a centralized or shared services recruitment model
• Exposure to ATS/HRIS platforms such as PageUp or SmartRecruiters
• Proficiency with reporting tools like Power BI or Excel
• Knowledge of workforce planning, talent strategy, and large-scale organizational transitions
