Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality teaching and support within primary or secondary settings.

Requirements

• QTS (or equivalent) and an undergraduate degree.
• Successful experience teaching the primary or secondary curriculum.
• Strong subject knowledge of the core National Curriculum.
• Deep understanding of child development, progression, and how it impacts planning.
• Knowledge of current theory and best practice in teaching and learning.
• Understanding of equal opportunity issues and inclusive classroom strategies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
