Responsibilities

As part of our talent network, you may be considered for various roles including:

• Engineering: Mechanical, integration, systems, or controls engineering with real-world hardware/software experience.
• Technical Operations: Scaling hiring, managing field operations, or managing test campaigns.
• Defense Business Operations: Proposal management, capture management, and contract administration with DoD experience.
• Technical Operators: Strategy, growth, and mission operations within deep tech.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Proven track record of building or shipping complex systems.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco or Detroit.
• Comfort with a high-intensity startup pace and sprint-based work cycles.
