Talent Marketing Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Develop high-impact talent content including articles, short and long-form stories, video, social, and digital experiences.
• Translate complex business and culture concepts into approachable, candidate-first stories.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and marketing teams to align content strategies with hiring priorities.
• Adapt content for multiple channels while maintaining brand integrity and consistency.
• Track and analyze content performance to refine future strategies and improve candidate engagement.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, legal requirements, and inclusive values.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms (e.g., Mobile or Social Media).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent-focused campaigns.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a human-centered voice.
• Experience producing content across diverse digital and video formats.
• Familiarity with email campaign tools such as MailChimp or Constant Contact.
• Experience working within a large enterprise or global organization.
