About the role

Responsibilities

  • Translate global talent strategy into clear priorities for the CSE MCO, driving and operationalizing it to meet business needs.
  • Act as a key advisor to Senior Leaders, the MCO council, and Country Core Teams on all talent management matters.
  • Partner with the business and P&C to identify key capability areas and build strong internal and external talent pools.
  • Support the Potential for Growth Talent Cycle by engaging with the business to ensure robust leadership pipelines and meaningful development plans.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion by working with cross-functional teams to create diverse succession slates and track progress through metrics.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach with people analytics to track key talent metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Identify and nominate high-potential talent for global programs to support accelerated development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive P&C Business Partnering, People Excellence, or COE experience.
  • Strong knowledge of global talent trends and industry best practices, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in executing market talent management strategies, including succession planning and diversity initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using HR analytics tools to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders in an international matrix environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to travel internationally as required.
