About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architectural design and execution of enterprise talent management practices, including talent reviews, succession planning, and performance enablement.
  • Facilitate enterprise and business-level talent discussions, calibration sessions, and succession forums for leaders.
  • Design and deliver inclusive, outcome-focused facilitation experiences and develop supporting tools, templates, and leader enablement resources.
  • Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and adjacent HR functions to ensure integrated and equitable talent solutions.
  • Architect holistic solutions that integrate performance management, Learning & Development, and skills/competencies.
  • Use data and insights to inform talent decisions and drive continuous improvement through standardized methodologies.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Talent Management or related HR disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating leader-level or enterprise talent discussions.
  • Strong expertise in performance, potential, succession, and development planning.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in Organizational Development.
  • Familiarity with data analytics for measuring business impact.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities in program development and system architecture.
