Talent Linkage Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design and implement attraction and linkage strategies with companies, civil associations, and government agencies to create professional development opportunities.
• Lead the strategy for corporate engagement to ensure employability for students and alumni across the Mexico City region and nationally.
• Participate in employer groups, chambers, and clusters to identify potential organizational partners.
• Manage and maintain the Job Board, ensuring data quality and providing training to companies and students.
• Plan and execute virtual, in-person, and hybrid employability events such as EmpleaTec and national job fairs.
• Organize information sessions between organizations and students to promote company culture and job openings.
• Coordinate linkage between external organizations and various academic schools to support student development.
• Provide guidance to final-semester students for professional integration and track employment status post-graduation.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate linkage, employability, or public relations.
• Experience in event organization and management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer orientation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
