About the role
About the Company
Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive compute infrastructure for AI. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them with teams spanning hardware and software to accelerate the deployment of frontier compute.
Responsibilities
- Own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for the Product and Engineering organization
- Lead and scale a talent acquisition function across multiple business units and technical domains
- Partner with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount and align hiring strategy to business objectives
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators
- Design hiring processes that balance speed with candidate quality
- Own hiring metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and conversion rates
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering and product hiring in a hyper-growth environment
- Proven experience leading a team while remaining hands-on with critical searches
- Ability to manage performance through data-driven metrics
- Strong ability to provide clear, honest feedback and build trust
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in AI, infrastructure, or deep-technical markets
- Experience scaling a TA function through rapid headcount growth
- Experience with immigration and global mobility coordination
- Experience in employer brand building
