Talent Lead - Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain organization
• Lead and scale a talent acquisition function across manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial operations
• Partner with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount and align hiring strategy to business objectives
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators
• Design hiring processes that balance speed with candidate quality and own recruiting infrastructure

Requirements

• Experience building and running hiring for manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations in hyper-growth environments
• Proven experience leading a team while remaining hands-on with critical searches
• Ability to measure and manage performance using key metrics like pipeline conversion and time-to-hire
• Strong ability to anticipate hiring needs and map talent landscapes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, industrial operations, or supply chain markets
• Experience scaling a TA function through rapid headcount growth
• Experience with immigration and global mobility coordination
• Experience in employer brand building
