Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline across all open positions
• Streamline and evolve the existing hiring process to raise the bar on speed and quality
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
• Drive a consistent, high-touch candidate experience from first contact to offer
• Develop sourcing strategies to expand reach beyond inbound applicants
• Maintain and improve candidate evaluation and calibration across the team
• Support the broader people function, including compensation benchmarking and HR systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles
• Experience owning end-to-end hiring at a fast-moving company
• Strong ability to judge talent and calibrate across different functions
• Proven creative sourcing skills
• Ability to work directly with founders with high ownership and low oversight
• Ability to move fast while maintaining high candidate experience standards
