Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Recruiters across the Customer and Go To Market portfolio in North and South America
  • Own recruitment delivery across different portfolios and functions
  • Partner with the Head of Talent on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and capacity modelling
  • Act as a senior partner to hiring leaders to define success profiles and make data-informed decisions
  • Design and evolve scalable recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Upskill hiring managers through structured coaching and training sessions
  • Help shape and refine the Employee Value Proposition
  • Embed inclusive hiring practices and support DEI initiatives
  • Represent Halter externally as a talent ambassador
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve performance

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or global tech environments
  • Proven experience leading and developing a recruitment team
  • Strong track record recruiting across multiple disciplines and regions
  • Experience with software, hardware, or deeply technical roles is highly valued
  • Ability to operate as a strategic business partner from executive planning to hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring without compromising quality
  • Deep expertise in proactive sourcing strategies and global talent markets
  • Strong data and reporting capability
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
