Responsibilities
- Own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for the Software organization
- Lead and scale a talent acquisition function across various business units
- Partner with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount and align strategy to business objectives
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators
- Design hiring processes that balance speed with candidate quality and own recruiting infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience building and running hiring for organizations in hyper-growth environments
- Proven experience leading a team while remaining hands-on with critical searches
- Ability to anticipate hiring needs and map talent landscapes
- Data-driven approach to measuring pipeline conversion, source quality, and time-to-hire
- Strong ability to provide clear, honest feedback and build trust
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, industrial operations, or supply chain markets
- Experience scaling a TA function through rapid headcount growth
- Experience with immigration and global mobility coordination
- Experience in employer brand building
