Responsibilities

• Own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for the Data Center organization
• Lead and scale a talent acquisition function across data center operations, construction, and infrastructure
• Partner with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount and align strategy to business objectives
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators
• Design hiring processes that balance speed with candidate quality and own recruiting infrastructure

Requirements

• Experience building and running hiring for data center operations, construction, or infrastructure in hyper-growth environments
• Proven experience leading a team while remaining hands-on with critical searches
• Ability to measure and manage performance using key metrics like pipeline conversion and time-to-hire
• Strong ability to anticipate hiring needs and map talent landscapes
• Commitment to high standards and exceptional candidate quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in data center operations, construction, or infrastructure markets
• Experience scaling a TA function through rapid headcount growth
• Experience with immigration and global mobility coordination
• Experience in employer brand building
