Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence. We co-design chips, racks, software, and manufacturing to deliver best-in-class throughput and latency across both prefill and decode workloads. We are an in-person team in San Jose, CA, redefining the infrastructure layer for the fastest growing industry in history.

Responsibilities

• Schedule end-to-end interviews and manage onsite logistics
• Greet candidates onsite and provide a welcoming experience
• Support a seamless candidate experience through professional communication
• Handle candidate reimbursement and travel arrangements
• Partner with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers
• Use tools like Ashby, G-Suite, Notion, and Slack to solve operational challenges

Requirements

• Previous experience in calendaring, administrative, customer service, or recruiting roles
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
• High organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience with scheduling tools (Ashby, G-Suite, Notion, Slack)
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills
• Plans to graduate between May 2026 - May 2027

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience tracking interview metrics and identifying inefficiencies
• Ability to manage onsite interviews with event-level precision
• Focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences in fast-paced settings
