Talent Intelligence Sourcing Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a small team of technical sourcers focused on identifying exceptional engineering talent.
• Design creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to engage passive technical talent and build diverse pipelines.
• Leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks and build scalable, engineered sourcing workflows.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and calibrate profiles.
• Provide data-backed market intelligence on talent trends and competitive compensation landscapes.
• Track and analyze pipeline metrics to drive continuous optimization of sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of extensive technical recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Proficiency with Ashby ATS and CRM systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, or Juicebox.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver results within an evolving or ambiguous organizational structure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for cloud infrastructure, data center operations, AI/ML, or developer-focused companies.
• Experience in early-stage or hypergrowth environments (Seed through Series D).
• Experience using AI tools to automate and augment recruiting workflows.
• Experience supporting headcount planning and structured hiring processes.
