About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders, managing organizational structure and implementing reallocations aligned with institutional models.
- Develop and maintain positive labor relations with unions and employees to improve communication and engagement.
- Facilitate the performance management process to promote a culture of recognition, values, and transparency.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes, including integration, movements, and terminations, ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
- Support leaders in managing compensation to ensure internal equity and performance-based rewards.
- Implement strategies to improve organizational climate and support action plans for team engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate key talent indicators to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Talent or HR Generalist.
- Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors (SSFF).
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
