Talent Generalist

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to leaders, managing organizational structure and implementing reallocations aligned with institutional models.
• Develop and maintain positive labor relations with unions and employees to improve communication and engagement.
• Facilitate the performance management process to promote a culture of recognition, values, and transparency.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes, including integration, movements, and terminations, ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
• Support leaders in managing compensation to ensure internal equity and performance-based rewards.
• Implement strategies to improve organizational climate and support action plans for team engagement.
• Monitor and evaluate key talent indicators to support leadership decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Talent or HR Generalist.
• Proficiency in SAP and SuccessFactors (SSFF).
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence.
