Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of departmental culture and engagement needs
• Support end-to-end onboarding and deliver engaging orientation sessions
• Partner with HR to ensure compliance with new hire legal requirements
• Coordinate employee experience programs including recognition platforms and employer branding
• Manage employer branding resources on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
• Facilitate community, office, and employee engagement events
• Administer annual employee surveys and maintain the exit interview program
• Coordinate the Culture Care program for employee milestones and life events
• Support the deployment and completion of performance reviews

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in employee experience, culture, talent management, or HR preferred
• Experience working with diverse employee populations (hourly to corporate)
• Valid driver's license for property visits
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance
