Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of departmental culture and engagement needs
- Support end-to-end onboarding and deliver engaging orientation sessions
- Partner with HR to ensure compliance with new hire legal requirements
- Coordinate employee experience programs including recognition platforms and employer branding
- Manage employer branding resources on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
- Facilitate community, office, and employee engagement events
- Administer annual employee surveys and maintain the exit interview program
- Coordinate the Culture Care program for employee milestones and life events
- Support the deployment and completion of performance reviews
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in employee experience, culture, talent management, or HR preferred
- Experience working with diverse employee populations (hourly to corporate)
- Valid driver's license for property visits
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance
