Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered sourcing pipelines across LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards
• Automate resume screening and skills matching against role-specific scorecards
• Eliminate scheduling friction through automated coordination and communications
• Build pipeline analytics and reporting for real-time visibility into hiring velocity and quality
• Generate automated candidate briefs for recruiters
• Manufacture tools and systems that the recruiting team can run independently

Requirements

• Technically fluent in Python or JavaScript
• Experience building integrations across ATS platforms, job boards, and calendar systems
• Experience building recruiting or HR technology
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
• High-agency builder mindset with a systems-thinking approach
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build functions from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

• AI-native thinker who defaults to automation
• Experience at a company that builds HR technology tools
