At Glide we're reimagining the banking experience for the modern world. Our agentic platform empowers legacy financial institutions, like community banks and credit unions, to deploy specialized agents that help the bank grow its deposit and loan portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Build recruiting engines, software, automations, and data pipelines to scale hiring
• Turn networks into pipelines by building systems to surface connections across LinkedIn, GitHub, and referral graphs
• Automate sourcing and outreach using agents and sequences (Juicebox, Clay, Ashby)
• Design LLM-assisted screening and scoring logic for candidate fit
• Manage Ashby as the single source of truth, integrating it with sourcing and scheduling
• Instrument the funnel with dashboards tracking time-to-fill, source quality, and offer-accept rates
• Act as the front line of Glide's first impression to excite candidates

Requirements

• Ability to stitch tools together and write glue code/scripts against APIs
• Systems-thinking mindset to build automated hiring machines
• AI-native approach to problem-solving
• High energy and ability to connect with candidates
• Relentless ownership mindset for a build-from-zero role
