Talent Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the systems, automations, and data pipelines that power end-to-end hiring
• Build sourcing automation pipelines across LinkedIn, GitHub, and referral networks
• Develop LLM-assisted screening infrastructure including prompts and evaluation logic
• Integrate Ashby ATS with sourcing, communication, and scheduling tools
• Instrument funnel analytics to track metrics like time-to-fill and source quality
• Create internal dashboards and lightweight interfaces for real-time visibility

Requirements

• Experience scaling business functions through automation and systems
• Ability to build custom solutions using Python and webhooks
• Experience wiring various tools (ATS, sourcing, screening) into integrated systems
• Proficiency in making build-vs-buy decisions for technical recruiting infrastructure
