About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead internal communication strategy for GBS Americas, translating leadership vision into clear messages for employees
- Coordinate and produce GBS town halls, including content preparation and follow-up
- Produce regular internal newsletters involving writing, visual design, and stakeholder coordination
- Manage recruitment marketing and employer branding on LinkedIn to position GBS as an employer of choice
- Create visual communication pieces such as infographics, posters, and short videos
- Support employee experience initiatives by communicating myVoice survey results and action plans
- Coordinate with wellbeing and functional leaders to provide visibility for integration and recognition activities
- Maintain communication templates, visual guides, and a repository of produced materials
Requirements
- Degree in Social Communication, Organizational Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, or Advertising
- 1 to 2 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or employee experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Canva or equivalent visual design tools
- Desirable experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Express, or Premiere
- Proven writing skills in Spanish with high attention to detail and aesthetic sense
