Talent Enablement Senior Lead

Responsibilities

• Align Talent Enablement and Learning & Development programs to strategic business goals
• Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to execute talent strategies
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and frontline managers
• Own Talent Enablement programs end-to-end from design through execution
• Champion change management across all talent initiatives
• Use data and talent analytics to evaluate program effectiveness
• Design and implement comprehensive talent enablement frameworks
• Utilize AI and automation to streamline processes and decision-making

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Enablement, Learning & Development, or related discipline
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience designing and executing scalable talent programs
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and learning technologies
• Working knowledge of change management principles
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders
