Talent Enablement Partner

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences to help employees and managers build practical skills in communication, leadership, and professional development.
• Coordinate talent enablement programs, including scheduling, participant communications, logistics, and follow-up activities.
• Create and maintain learning materials such as presentations, guides, templates, and internal documentation.
• Support learning platform activities, including course creation, enrollment management, and reporting.
• Act as a trusted partner to the Talent team and internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend effective enablement strategies.
• Continuously improve learning experiences by adapting formats and communication approaches based on learner feedback and insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development, talent enablement, training, facilitation, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences in virtual, in-person, or hybrid environments.
• Strong learning content development and communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and learning experience design.
• Strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development.
• Experience supporting manager development or professional skills programs.
• Experience administering learning platforms or supporting digital/self-paced learning.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French.
