Talent Enablement Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the new joiner experience, including Day 1 readiness, workspace preparation, and assigning "Buddies."
• Organize employee engagement activities such as monthly new joiner lunches, bi-weekly breakfasts, and quarterly birthday celebrations.
• Drive employee visibility through the "Employee Spotlight" program and maintain the IFZApedia on IFZA Connect.
• Maintain and update the employee training database and job descriptions.
• Coordinate logistics for new joiners, including flight and accommodation bookings.
• Support the Marketing team with corporate events such as Townhalls and Long Service Awards.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline; a specialization in Human Resources is preferred.
• Proven work experience within an HR department in an organization of similar size.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
