About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and program performance benchmarks
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching
- Develop work processes, new hire training plans, schedules, and workflows
- Monitor program productivity and effectiveness, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency
- Conduct weekly team meetings and participate in monthly regional meetings to align with organizational objectives
- Review and evaluate service plans to ensure quality and monitor participant progress toward self-sufficiency goals
- Maintain consistent and transparent communication with staff and peers
Requirements
- Five years of related experience
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
- Strong management, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with culturally diverse populations and across all levels of management
