Talent Development Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and program performance benchmarks
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching
• Develop work processes, new hire training plans, schedules, and workflows
• Monitor program productivity and effectiveness, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency
• Conduct weekly team meetings and participate in monthly regional meetings to align with organizational objectives
• Review and evaluate service plans to ensure quality and monitor participant progress toward self-sufficiency goals
• Maintain consistent and transparent communication with staff and peers

Requirements

• Five years of related experience
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
• Strong management, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations and across all levels of management
