About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates in a high-volume environment to support various industrial and infrastructure markets.
  • Manage 30–50 active requisitions simultaneously for key craft roles such as equipment operators, mechanics, and carpenters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with site contacts, project teams, and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Use SuccessFactors ATS, social media, and job boards to source talent and build long-term craft pipelines.
  • Partner with Operations leaders on workforce planning and forecasting future labor needs.
  • Facilitate internal transfers, extend offers, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Maintain knowledge of union and non-union craft practices and employment laws to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years of recruiting experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional work experience.
  • Proven experience in craft hiring (e.g., electrical, welders, riggers, or heavy equipment operators).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple competing priorities.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Point Pleasant, WV, with potential travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in oil & gas, mining, transportation, power, or water/wastewater markets.
  • Strong understanding of union workforce and labor relations.
