About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates in a high-volume environment to support various industrial and infrastructure markets.
- Manage 30–50 active requisitions simultaneously for key craft roles such as equipment operators, mechanics, and carpenters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site contacts, project teams, and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Use SuccessFactors ATS, social media, and job boards to source talent and build long-term craft pipelines.
- Partner with Operations leaders on workforce planning and forecasting future labor needs.
- Facilitate internal transfers, extend offers, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
- Maintain knowledge of union and non-union craft practices and employment laws to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years of recruiting experience.
- At least 3 years of professional work experience.
- Proven experience in craft hiring (e.g., electrical, welders, riggers, or heavy equipment operators).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple competing priorities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Point Pleasant, WV, with potential travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Experience in oil & gas, mining, transportation, power, or water/wastewater markets.
- Strong understanding of union workforce and labor relations.
