Talent Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Facilitate company onboarding and leadership development programs
• Design and execute learning strategies at the squad level
• Conduct learning needs analysis and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
• Manage the global learning calendar and drive engagement in global initiatives
• Serve as the local point of contact for core learning products and ensure data hygiene
• Support regional coaching and mentoring requests

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in talent or organizational development
• Proficiency in project management and design thinking
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to interpret data and produce visually compelling, data-led presentations
• Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate rapid change and uncertainty
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
