About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to design, develop, and implement training programs for onboarding, leadership, and compliance
  • Create engaging online modules using Articulate Storyline and other instructional design tools
  • Design and update learning materials including e-learns, presentations, facilitator guides, and job aids
  • Act as systems administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage enrollments and course offerings
  • Film and edit engaging video content for training initiatives
  • Support the L&OD team with the facilitation of leadership, onboarding, and systems training
  • Maintain L&OD SharePoint pages and resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, Instructional Systems Development, Communications, Education, or a related field
  • Proficiency in the Articulate suite
  • Experience creating and editing video content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to utilize technology to design and implement both virtual and in-person training materials
