Talent Development Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and manage learning and development programs aligned with business objectives
• Conduct training needs analyses in collaboration with business leaders
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training calendars, and learning documentation
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback and performance metrics
• Support performance management processes including goal setting and development planning
• Develop talent development initiatives such as leadership programs and mentoring
• Prepare reports and dashboards on training participation and talent metrics
• Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Development or L&D
• Saudi National
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• Experience with HRIS or talent management systems
