About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and manage learning and development programs aligned with business objectives
- Conduct training needs analyses in collaboration with business leaders
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training calendars, and learning documentation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback and performance metrics
- Support performance management processes including goal setting and development planning
- Develop talent development initiatives such as leadership programs and mentoring
- Prepare reports and dashboards on training participation and talent metrics
- Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Development or L&D
- Saudi National
- Experience designing and delivering learning programs
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Arabic
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience with HRIS or talent management systems
