About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the India Cluster Talent Development strategy in alignment with global People & Culture priorities.
  • Build cohort-based succession pipelines for critical and leadership roles to ensure business continuity.
  • Lead talent reviews and performance management processes to ensure rigor and consistency.
  • Implement career frameworks and internal mobility strategies to enable merit-based progression.
  • Design and deliver development programs for senior leaders, mid-managers, and high-potential employees.
  • Drive focused development interventions for women talent to accelerate leadership readiness.
  • Champion employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives using talent insights.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to adopt and align global talent strategies.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Social Science, Economics, or Engineering.
  • MBA (2-year full-time) with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • 15+ years of HR experience, preferably in engineering, industrial, or IT industries.
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent development or organizational development (OD) within large multinational organizations.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills within a matrixed structure.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in organization development concepts across various organizational levels.
  • Skills in facilitation, coaching, and behavioral assessments.
  • Knowledge of training service providers and external assessment agencies.
  • Certification in relevant behavioral assessments (e.g., DISC, StrengthsFinder, MBTI).
