Talent Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end talent development strategy, including L&D policies and investment frameworks.
• Define and track metrics for learning impact and manage the external L&D budget and vendor relationships.
• Design and evolve leadership development and onboarding programs to ensure scalability.
• Lead AI enablement learning programs, driving adoption and tracking behavior change across the company.
• Partner with People Partners to develop manager effectiveness toolkits and practical resources.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in L&D or talent development, ideally in high-growth tech or scale-up environments.
• Proven track record of designing and running end-to-end programs from identification to measurement.
• Experience building leadership development programs for senior audiences.
• Strong data orientation with the ability to define and measure success metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge senior leaders.
• Experience with AI literacy/enablement or a strong interest in building in this space.
• Based in Barcelona with ability to travel to other hubs periodically.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth scale-up environment.
• Strong understanding of onboarding design at scale.
