Talent Development Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Lead highly interactive workshops and training sessions focused on professional and leadership development.
• Design and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and training exercises using adult learning principles.
• Partner with HR business partners, subject matter experts, and business leaders to align training with company strategy.
• Oversee all logistical and administrative requirements, including session scheduling, preparation, and post-training follow-up.
• Analyze participant evaluations and track learning trends to refine course materials and measure effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4 years of corporate facilitation experience delivering leadership and professional skills workshops.
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and collaborating with business leaders.
• Experience in end-to-end program management, including training logistics and administration.
• Proficiency in data analysis and evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent combination of experience).
