Talent & Development Early Career Programme

Responsibilities

• Prepare content and materials for talent programs and initiatives
• Support talent attraction campaigns and management processes
• Track projects to ensure they progress on time and meet quality standards
• Assist in the implementation of new talent processes and digital tools
• Monitor key indicators and coordinate with international teams
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Corporate Talent team
• Participate in digitalization projects, including the application of AI to talent processes

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Communication, or Humanities
• High level of English proficiency
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with digital tools and comfort in technological environments
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and collaborate

• Base salary between 30,000€ and 35,000€
