About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare content and materials for talent programs and initiatives
- Support talent attraction campaigns and management processes
- Track projects to ensure they progress on time and meet quality standards
- Assist in the implementation of new talent processes and digital tools
- Monitor key indicators and coordinate with international teams
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Corporate Talent team
- Participate in digitalization projects, including the application of AI to talent processes
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Communication, or Humanities
- High level of English proficiency
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and comfort in technological environments
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and collaborate
Benefits
- Base salary between 30,000€ and 35,000€
