About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the design of training structures, curricula, and learning paths
- Provide input for technical and behavioral training programs based on needs analysis
- Integrate technical training with individual performance plans and competency frameworks
- Support the development and maintenance of internal technical trainer qualification plans
- Manage technical training schedules and oversee budgets
- Execute technical training plans in coordination with organizational units
- Coordinate with vendors regarding all technical training matters
- Organize workshops, seminars, and technical conferences
- Review technical training programs using assessment results and impact measurement
- Prepare periodic analytical reports on training effectiveness and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a Master's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting
- Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps
- Experience in training operations and learning center management
- Skill in planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
