Talent Development and Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategy to support students in discovering their talents, developing career plans, and facilitating their transition to professional life.
• Coordinate and implement career plan offerings across all professional levels to ensure development of skills demanded by employers.
• Manage the strategy for student attention to ensure the creation and tracking of individual career plans.
• Identify and coordinate links with strategic allies to contribute to student-to-professional skill transitions.
• Plan semesterly activities and talent development workshops to ensure high student participation.
• Oversee the operation of "Semanas Tec" and KCVC workshops, ensuring high-quality student experiences and faculty training.
• Monitor final-year students to identify professional status and career interests.
• Promote the use of digital tools and AI for job searching and career development preparation.
• Generate training content and materials for students and prepare key activities for job fairs.
• Track employability studies for graduates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in human development, project administration, or recruitment/HR.
• Experience in education or student accompaniment.
• Proficiency in using AI for job searching and career preparation.
• Strong data analysis and database management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, empathy, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience with recruitment processes across various industries.
