Talent Development Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration and logistics of global learning and talent development programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Learning Management System (LMS), handling course setup, registration, and technical queries.
• Partner with vendors, facilitators, and internal teams to execute program delivery plans, including Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT).
• Execute communication and marketing plans to publicize development opportunities.
• Evaluate program impact through metrics such as participation, quality, and cost.
• Support the L&TD budgeting process, including managing invoicing and vendor payments.
• Provide regular reporting for core Talent Development processes and maintain support documentation.
• Assist in annual needs analysis and demand planning to develop the global development calendar.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-2 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a multinational global company.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and managing various content providers.
