Talent & Culture Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, and workplace Health & Safety.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee journey.
• Prepare employment documentation, including contracts and amendments.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate personnel data and systems.
• Support recruitment by posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist with office experience initiatives, employee wellbeing activities, and company events.
• Provide operational support including invoice processing and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in People Ops, HR, Recruitment, Office Management, or similar operational roles.
• Hands-on experience managing onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent execution skills.
• Proficiency in both Estonian and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• A service-oriented approach with a desire to improve existing processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruitment processes and coaching managers on hiring practices.
• A proactive mindset focused on enhancing employee experience and company culture.
