Talent & Culture Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor relationships, and workplace Health & Safety
• Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee journey
• Prepare employment documentation, including contracts and amendments
• Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate personnel data in internal systems
• Support recruitment by posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
• Assist with employee experience initiatives, wellbeing activities, and company events
• Provide operational support including invoice processing and general administrative tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in People Ops, HR, Recruitment, Office Management, or similar operational roles
• Hands-on experience managing onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Strong attention to detail and excellent execution skills
• Proficiency in both Estonian and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• A service-oriented approach with a desire to improve existing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruitment processes and coaching managers on hiring practices
• A proactive ownership mindset with a focus on scalability and documentation
