Responsibilities

• Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination via Ashby ATS
• Build and manage relationships with Manila universities for internship recruitment and program management
• Drive employer branding through campus events, social media content, and managing the careers page
• Lead onboarding logistics for Manila new hires, including IT setup and 30-day journey coordination
• Design and execute culture initiatives, traditions, and employee engagement programs
• Coordinate training logistics, attendance tracking, and development plan monitoring
• Manage day-to-day Manila office experience and administrative tasks requiring physical presence

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, people operations, or campus relations
• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with a remote manager
• Data-aware mindset for tracking recruitment and engagement metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Notion
• Creative skills in visual storytelling and employer branding content
