Responsibilities

• Own scheduling for virtual and on-site interviews
• Coordinate candidate travel seamlessly
• Host candidates and guide them through their interview day
• Ensure interviewers are well-prepared
• Maintain pristine data hygiene in the ATS
• Anticipate and solve logistical problems before they arise
• Manage special projects such as improving templates and organizing events

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage dozens of moving pieces simultaneously
• Proactive and structured approach to work
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)
