Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiations
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market guidance
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication
• Participate in recruitment events to drive brand awareness
• Track key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in high-volume environments
• Deep understanding of marketing and tech industries
• Experience in marketing agency environments preferred
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for performance marketing, client services, and creative disciplines
