Responsibilities

• Own talent demand generation by identifying target personas, priority markets, and talent segments
• Build repeatable, scalable talent pipelines through research, segmentation, and prioritization
• Proactively generate high-value talent pools using LinkedIn, niche platforms, and non-traditional channels
• Leverage AI and automation tools to scale sourcing, outreach, and research
• Own top-of-funnel performance metrics and analyze conversion data to optimize pipeline efficiency
• Run structured experiments on channels, messaging, targeting, and cadence
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver calibrated candidates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, outbound sales, demand generation, or growth marketing
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversion rates, and pipeline health
• Creative prospecting skills beyond LinkedIn and job boards
• Strong storytelling abilities to articulate company value
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with high accountability
• Proficiency in using AI and automation to enhance workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a metrics-driven prospecting role
• Ability to build sourcing processes from scratch
